Best Hybrid Training Glove

These gloves are very comfortable. The heavy padding on the front makes them ideal for use on a heavy bag when you want a faster pair of gloves than a softer but heavier boxing glove. While I haven't had contact with another person while wearing these gloves, I feel the soft texture of the front of the glove is more forgiving than other MMA gloves in the hybrid category that I've tried. I usually stick with Hyabusa but they outshine the hybrid they offer.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • It's OK

For kickboxing/bootcamp

My old pair was starting to wear out and one of the trainers in my kickboxing class highly recommended this particular brand and model. I like the easy on and off of the gloves. My hands are very small and sweat a lot, so the finger holes and open palm design fit me very well. However, I still have to look into the hand bandages, as I have found that they fit almost correctly, but still wobble or slip a little on the inside between the glove and my hand.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Excellent martial arts glove

I've been studying martial arts in one form or another for over 30 years so have used a lot of different equipment. These gloves fit well and have a contact pad that makes hits feel almost like 16 ounces. Gloves on impact, only lighter and faster. I feel completely safe with full body contact, but headshots should be avoided without headgear. The arms can be fully opened, although there is definitely some resistance when fully open. The strap system is easily adjustable and stays in place…

Real quality hybrid

Those poor gloves just failed and keep working. They are used daily for an average of about 1 hour per day. My son uses them for sparring and pad work. For a hybrid glove, they're just amazing. They tend to fit snugly in the palm of larger hands or thick fingers. I bought these gloves for my son to use as an all purpose glove and he loves them. I've used them a few times but found the fit around the figures and palm was so different that I prefer some of our other attachments. BUT my son swears

  • All right!

Solid support and well thought-out padding.

My favorite gloves. I've tried some of the best boxing/fitness gloves (Hayabusa, Venum) and they beat them all. Easy to put on and take off, great padding and most importantly incredible support. Although I would recommend everyone to use wrist wraps, I don't use them because the wrapping/rewinding takes too long if you want a great workout without any interruptions. Before that I had another pair of martial arts gloves. (MMA version) and it took 3 months of training 4 times a week on a heavy…

Pros
  • Nice to use

Great price for a great glove

At this price point ($20-25) they're a godsend. These gloves look like they cost about 5x what I paid for them. They look very high quality and at the gym you will surely have people asking what these gloves are and where you bought them. The padding is thick, curved, and the wrist closure provides better wrist support than any similar gloves I've used. Attention, however, they run small, so please choose a larger size if you want them to fit you. I'm S/M in Everlast glove sizes so I bought…

Pros
  • Durable finish

  • No.
