This jock seems to cover me well, stays in place and looks well built. It seems to be an improvement on my last Shockdoctor jock and it took quite a while for the waist to straighten. I'm very satisfied with this product. The velcro straps at the top seem stronger and better than the previous SD jock I've used. I also like a light cup. Hope it protects well. I also hope I never have to find out.
