Review on Rule Mate RM1100A Automated Switch Required by Kwesi Delgado

Bought this pump in April to replace an old Rule-Mate 1100 that had failed. I finally got the chance to install it this weekend and it came right out of the box. Thought it might be my switch so I connected the manual cable directly to the battery. Still no action on the wheel. Unfortunately, I went through Revain's 30-day return window. I think I need to go through the warranty route. Can someone give me warranty information? It's embarrassing to spend half a day raising the bottom of my boat, hooking up a new pump only to find I have to take it off, ship it back and wait for a new one. To update. Just got off the phone with Xylem customer service. Karen was very friendly and helpful. I emailed her my Revain receipt and she sent me a new pump right away. I assume it was upgraded from RM1100A to RM1100B. I would give them 5 stars for their customer support.
