Bought this pump in April to replace an old Rule-Mate 1100 that had failed. I finally got the chance to install it this weekend and it came right out of the box. Thought it might be my switch so I connected the manual cable directly to the battery. Still no action on the wheel. Unfortunately, I went through Revain's 30-day return window.
