Doesn't work, waste of time and money

Complete honest review on this product. I am a stocky man, I have good musculature (medium height). I weighed 185 pounds when I started taking Clear Muscle in May 2018. I have been taking this product for 12 weeks (3 months) and have been following the Muscle Tech exercise program for this supplement. I haven't gained an ounce and as of August 2018 I still weigh 185 pounds. I even stopped doing cardio jumps, I saw a difference in weight or muscle size. Clear Muscle claims that you can gain up to 16 pounds of muscle by following their program on this supplement. I didn't notice any difference in muscle size or strength. The recovery time has actually deteriorated in 3 months. I'm not here to berate Muscle Tech because I will continue to use Nitro Tech. Some Muscle Tech products work, but they don't and it's a waste of time and money. I've used the Muscle Tech Nano X9 and it works well as a good pre-workout pump. In all honesty, don't waste your money or time with Clear Muscle. 2 tablets 3 times a day was also ridiculous and annoying. Stay away from this product, it doesn't work.

Pros
  • subjects using the exact muscle cleansing formula gained 16.3 pounds of muscle mass in 12 weeks; The placebo group gained 4.6 pounds; These findings go deeper than any research on protein, creatine, BCAAs, or any other performance-enhancing compound.
Cons
  • Long delivery time
