I like how easy it was when signing up through my health plan provider in order that we could see what our members were seeing at their local clinic or hospital within minutes of opening an app! It would be nice if there where other options beyond just showing us information about one facility only (which may not even have anything available). Some providers do not respond well as far as answering questions/clarifying things are needed by patients who need additional attention from medical professionals. We use this product primarily so employers can keep track of all employees' healthcare needs but also helps provide a way for those individuals without access otherwise to receive proper care they require.
