Review on 🚗 Monroe 31000 Monro-Matic Plus Automotive Shock Absorber by Jason Tinnen

First, Monroes don't last as long as Bilsteins, so don't expect 75,000 miles from those $20 shocks. Second, no one comments on whether they are hard or soft, which I think is very important. I had a full set of Bilsteins on my 1990 Toyota 22r pickup which were great off road but too stiff for city driving. Once I put them on their backs, the ride is *much* smoother, which is just what I need for hauling light loads around town. I'm sure they'll die in 20,000 miles, but I don't expect Monroe's legendary reliability, and no one else should. Will be updated if they fail prematurely.
