Out of the box one of the handlebars was scratched making it difficult to put back on. It felt like it was used before shipping. The handle that keeps the scooter folded broke off when unpacking. Although it would normally be easy to assemble, it was difficult to assemble because the quality of the product was not good enough after unpacking. Since the left handlebar was scratched, it was difficult to push in. There were no problems with the right one, so that should give you an idea of the problem. When you unbox a piece that comes loose and you don't know what it's for, it's hard to understand. The rest is easy to assemble. Passed once. The front brake broke. The cable came out at the top and the end was worn out and I'm pretty sure it will break if used again. After the first ride I folded the scooter, picked it up to put it away and again a random piece fell off. I think tomorrow I will try to figure out how to fix all these problems. Incredibly disappointed in this product. It's hard to bring things back to where I live right now, so I'm hoping I can sort this out somehow. I was looking forward to having fun and being able to use it as a commuter scooter for work, but I don't think both options are viable just yet. photos ahead.
