Quick and easy OEM replacement for my 2008 Yukon Denali with 126,000 miles. I also used the Gates HD (green) AC belt to replace both at the same time. I heard a lot of squeak-squeak-chirps on the old, original belts. I knew it was time to replace them and after watching a few YouTube videos I realized how easy it was. Big savings compared to the dealer and quick lube place that keeps pushing their service. I drew myself a quick routing diagram (most cars have a diagram, but I wanted to make sure it was the same) and used a 15mm 3/8" ratchet socket with a short extension for the lower idler pulley to accommodate the Remove V-rib and install belt. The total time to remove and install both belts is approximately 15 minutes. It is common to replace at least the idler pulley at the same time. I didn't because mine seemed fine, but I'll keep an eye on it and replace it immediately if I notice any problems. The idler pulley is also checked normally. Make sure you rotate them and make sure the springs are in full motion. Replace if not perfect. Started the car and everything is surprisingly quiet. LOVE that I saved a ton of money and installed an OEM belt - VERY happy with the price and quality.
