Does exactly what it's supposed to do

I've had no problems with it. After reading the reviews I realized that they don't look like regular plastic zip ties and they don't have little grooves in the band. Instead of wrapping or twisting the ends, I folded the top back and smoothed the edges to make sure I wouldn't cut myself if I had to put my hand inside. Rolling down, as in the top view, is also good. As long as you understand that you still need wire cutters and/or needle nose pliers with wire cutters, you're fine. The frame fits my bike's tank and holds up great.
