I work two weeks on the road, one week off for the government. Hence the desire/need to find out how to cook in a hotel room. The only thing is I need to be able to pack any solution I can think of in checked baggage or carry on and weighing over 50lbs in both is a very bad idea and expensive. The Dezin pan is a really cool thing. I can cook anything from steak to chicken and vegetables to rice, all in my hotel room, which only has a standard mini-fridge. Another amazing thing is that it cooks very quickly at 600w. So if you come home very late at night, you can make dinner very quickly and it will still be delicious. It easily weighs under 3 pounds and doesn't take up much space considering you can pack refrigeration, spices and whatever you want in one pot and in your suitcase. Now that I have a frying pan, there's no way I go on a long trip without itโunless there's a kitchen I can use where I'm going. A+++++
