For a few weeks I lived in a small cabin deep in the jungle of Costa Rica. I only had an outlet and running water. I could cook eggs, banana pancakes, spaghetti, corn, beans, mushrooms, hot tea. I could easily put it in my backpack. TSA had to check it out, they seemed a bit confused for some reason. 150 watts of power was enough to bring water to a boil. I wish it had a 75w setting. I've been using this pot for a little over a month, the coating has peeled off. I store my stuff very well and have never scratched this pot, just wash it with soap and water and a soft sponge or wipe it down with a damp cloth. Wow! Between this and my new air fryer, I fell in love! First off, it's the perfect size for two people and can actually roast a chicken!
