Arrived broken for tools and equipment
Unfortunately the tool tray was screwed on one side. The tool tray was mounted on castors upon receipt. It looks like it broke before it was put in the box as the box arrived in perfect condition. The rest of the chair was as expected. I'm currently trying to call the phone number provided in the user guide, but so far to no avail. UPDATE: I was able to contact the manufacturer and they responded very quickly. They will send me a new instrument tray to replace the broken one. CSR was very friendly and helpful.
