I don't know why my particular shaker failed - it happens, it's not their fault. But Kitchendao gave me no apology, which is rare these days. I got nothing but understood and replaced the bottle in record time. I would buy this bottle again and again - or any of their products without hesitation. She loves hers and I loved mine very much - it didn't flow, the 2 in 1 feature was so handy. Even the non-slip feet really made a difference. However, yesterday I went to whip up my homemade olive oil dressing and encountered disaster. Look pix - it just broke. Olive oil and vinegar all over the stove. The top two pieces broke and the rubber ring began to come loose. I am very upset and hope the company will help. If their customer service is as good as this product, I'm sure they will do the right thing.
