Revain seems to have lost my review on this product again. In any case, they are very useful for me. I strained my arms and was in severe pain. They work well (not great, but well) because they help my hands not hurt as much while I keep working. I ordered a very large size according to the recommended sizing chart (bicep size 15 inches) but these things were so tight I couldn't get them up to the recommended position on my arms. They covered my elbows where I needed extra support, but they had to go at least halfway up my biceps, which they couldn't because they were so tight they cut off circulation. So I'll stick with the armrest for now.
