Sticks to the floor or weft better than a carpet or rug.
I put them on a small rug and found they didn't stick to the rug very well at all. I thought maybe I could glue something to the rug stopper to help it stick to the rug backing but that didn't help as the suction cups were stronger than 3M glue lol.
