Good size, cleans well

Bought for my husband who bakes regularly. He grew up in Italy, literally the son of a town baker. When he immigrated, he worked in Italian bakeries and was able to follow in his father's footsteps. He wanted to bake baguettes from the dough he usually makes. They were baked evenly, like long, thin Italian loaves. He will try to cook it according to the French baguette recipe. I thought the pan filled the bill :0))
