PERFECT VERSUS PERFECT BREAD

the first time I tried French bread, dammit I messed it up! Brown on one side and almost burned on the other. With this baking tray, all sides come into their own. I LOVE IT

Don't worry about the best loaves of bread and loaf pans

The first frying pan I ordered arrived badly dented. I got a replacement and my bread was sticking so bad even though I made baguettes like I always do. The topping on the pans has come off all the baguettes. Don't even mess with this cheap product.

Good size, cleans well

Bought for my husband who bakes regularly. He grew up in Italy, literally the son of a town baker. When he immigrated, he worked in Italian bakeries and was able to follow in his father's footsteps. He wanted to bake baguettes from the dough he usually makes. They were baked evenly, like long, thin Italian loaves. He will try to cook it according to the French baguette recipe. I thought the pan filled the bill :0))
