My first attempt at making a homemade pizza crust (450 degrees) was a complete failure, but the cheese and pepperoni topping was great! I was concerned that the burnt cheese would make the pans difficult to clean. I soaked the pans for about 30 minutes, scrubbed them with a sponge and the burnt cheese was gone in an instant! They look like new. These pans are more beautiful and impressive than they appear in the photos. Very satisfied.
