ROPE FIRE LADDER TOO SHORT!
The Fire Ladders Ordered were supposed to be 9' 8". Somehow the order received turned out to be 7' ladders which are WAY TOO SHORT as 9' was required as a minimum. The Return window was closed before I could get the installation started due to the weather. THIS PRODUCT IS UNUSABLE AND WAS INCORRECT ACCORDING TO THE ORDER. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO RETURN THESE ITEMS.

- Seems very sturdy. I have not used it as of yet, unpacked it, or folded it up.
- Rope material is difficult to clean
