If you want a gigabit internet package for your home, this is one of the best places to start. Among the Docsis 3.1 modems on the market that can operate at these speeds, this model wins the prize when it comes to stability, speed, latency, and hardware. We've run it without a single reboot since our first test of the modem - it's been running for 2 months now (so far). Our speeds were consistent throughout this window with no dropout (tap on the virtual tree) or other red flags. As mentioned, it has the best hardware we've seen in a Docsis 3.1 modem (including storage), and seems to mirror some of the Arris/Moto models we've tested in the past, with the small one Exception of the SB6190. That was close, but the lag reduced its performance thanks to the PUMA chipset inside. This model comes with a new low-latency chipset, and we've already hinted at the rest. ** If you found our review helpful, please upvote it below so I know.
