Review on POGTMM by Flip Shaw

My experience purchasing at POGTMM, despite the store's claim to be a fashion powerhouse, was not very satisfying in any way. Although they have a large selection of shoes, clothes, and jewelry, the standard of their products is not commensurate with the prices that they set. I was expecting to update my wardrobe by purchasing a few items from POGTMM, but the items I received were nothing at all like what was advertised on their website. The quality of the garments was poor, and they did not appear anything like the photographs on the website. The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and began to break apart after only a few wears, and the jewelry appeared to be of poor quality and was tacky. The customer service was also of poor quality, consisting of lengthy wait times to communicate with a representative and responses that were not helpful. When I asked for a refund for the things that I had purchased but was unhappy with, I was met with resistance, and I had to jump through a number of hoops before I could receive my money. To put it mildly, my overall experience with POGTMM was not satisfying in any way, shape, or form. If you're searching for high-quality clothing and accessories, I wouldn't suggest shopping at this store. Because of the low quality of their products and the poor service they provide to their customers, it is not worth the trouble or the money to do business with them.
