so the reason is my book didn't get the full five stars for the following reasons: 1) the amount of money I paid for it definitely doesn't seem like the one it's worth , I honestly think it couldn't be more than $25.2). One of the lever bolts that are tightened to keep the lever at the desired height was half snapped off and I had to super tape the lever to keep it from wobbling and/or preventing the light from tipping over and hitting the top of the cage. To be honest I was a bit disappointed when I saw that this is a well known brand and such.
