I like that we are able use it in our own way without having any limitations with updates or changes from other companies! It's very flexible which allows us as an organization (and individual agent) great freedom when working within this program/toolset!! Nothing at present but would love if they added more languages into their support team so there could possibly some help using English language agents who do not speak Spanish much better than those speaking both Languages. We have been doing well since implementing about five years ago now & haven't had many issues until recently where one employee was trying access information he did NOT need while logged out - causing him problems accessing his workstation properly again after logging back IN- This has helped resolve these types errors over time though! The best part of NobelBiz OMNI+ is its ability to support multiple languages. This is very important since it allows us to have the same experience for customers from different countries. The interface is not very user-friendly. There are many features that are not easy to use. If you have a team of people who can use the software, it is a good solution. This solution allows us to have a centralized place where we can store all of our information.
