Allows various options and flexibility

I like that we are able use it in our own way without having any limitations with updates or changes from other companies! It's very flexible which allows us as an organization (and individual agent) great freedom when working within this program/toolset!! Nothing at present but would love if they added more languages into their support team so there could possibly some help using English language agents who do not speak Spanish much better than those speaking both Languages.
