I haven't read any reviews on this. I bought it because it was given to me as a car mechanic. The initial programming of the light is way too much when you first turn it on and it has a strobe light, blah blah blah. But with the 10-click reprogramming method, explained in EXTREMELY SMALL PRINT in the instructions, you'll learn how to change it. Setting this flashlight on LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH I honestly don't know how long it will last on a single charge. I never ran out of strength. I was given a backup battery. Don't waste your money buying one unless you're just going to use it on a high night or something. They only do this in very bright sunlight or when using it at night. Usually LOW is all you need as a workshop mechanic. And it goes and goes and goes. I charge it from time to time, about 4 or 5 weeks. I use it to get to my service truck in the morning, walk my dog at night, look for something in darker places. It was necessary for me. I'm retiring and needed to take it back so I bought my own. You will love it as a versatile flashlight to carry with you at all times.
