First they sent me the wrong model. Then it was replaced very soon after I reported the problem. This is an Android system with limited customization. That's both good and bad. Users can download apps from App Store but not all apps work well on TV so I need to download apps to my computer and then install them via USB. There is an error in the quick launch list. The quick launch icon cannot be deleted, please uninstall the app first.
