Ideal for sandwich bread
Makes a nice square sandwich loaf that is golden on all four sides. If you want to slice bread, you need this pan. Its mechanics compacts the bread a little and allows you to make even slices without crumbs. King Arthur has many recipes for this pan. I got this to make Icelandic Rye Bread and it doesn't disappoint.
- ☀★ Hole design: The unique three-hole design at the bottom of the bread pan helps to vent air and promote air circulation. The dough can be heated evenly and is not easy to burn with good air permeability.
