I ordered this remote control to replace my broken one. When it arrived it was identical to the one we had for 2 years. Had high hopes despite bad reviews. Within 10 days, the entire central part around the "OK" button fell off. I've built it 6 times in less than 24 hours and now it's only a matter of time before we lose the tiny OK button. This is definitely an OEM remote so I'm not sure if these are defective Vizio remotes. are cheap or just lazy to produce. In any case, this is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with Vizio replacement remotes, and from what I've read, universal smart remotes don't work with Vizio TVs either.
