A wrapper might look great, but it's very difficult to work with. Not for beginners or do-it-yourselfers

I bought this film because CKWraps (Youtuber) has been recommending VViViD for years. I love his channel and finally decided to wrap my entire 3000GT in this material. The film looks beautiful when properly applied to smooth panels. You need to prepare the car properly and take your time so that the material adheres well and stays in place. It is very important to plan how you are going to apply the vinyl. However, this material is very difficult to process. It's not as stretchy or forgiving as other brands without the use of heat. It is also very difficult to move the material once it has touched the surface of the vehicle. This causes a lot of sticky streaks to appear on the material when you need to rearrange it multiple times. Decreasing the tack might be a good idea, but doing so will shorten the overall life of the vinyl. Also, the material tends to pull up at the edges even when you heat it, and in some cases even when using 3M edge sealing products. TLDR: I would never use this product again unless the car has a very basic body design, I just wrapped some simple panels or I had the car professionally wrapped. I would not recommend this product to any DIY enthusiast or newbie looking to wrap their entire car. Try another brand that is more expensive and easier to use, e.g. B. Avery or similar.
