This remote control was purchased to replace a remote control purchased to replace a remote control that was eaten by a dog. The one that replaces it won't let you search Amazon or YouTube without clipping the Sony Crackle. As every time several times.! As soon as I put batteries in, everything worked. I didn't even have to pair it with the Roku device. No more cutting problems. Works faster than any other remote I've ever used. Just push a button and you're there. I would buy this again.
