While I had high hopes for the HIGHLOONG internet store, which I had heard great things about, my experience ended up being less than satisfactory. Their website is user-friendly, however I was surprised by how much I had to pay. I was very let down by the low standard of the items I ordered. The patio set I bought was cheap and fragile, and the barbecue tools were useless. It was a great letdown that the skewers I bought corroded after only a few uses. In addition, I experienced shipping delays and unreliability. The delay in the delivery of my item was far longer than anticipated. Whenever I tried to get in touch with customer service to voice my dissatisfaction, the staff were uninformed and uninterested in hearing me out. The fact that I didn't believe my concerns were being taken seriously increased my level of annoyance. My time spent with HIGHLOONG was disappointing overall. Although they carry a fair number of items, both the quality and the prices left much to be desired. I would advise folks to give this internet shop some serious consideration before making a purchase.
