Hello, I know this seems expensive for what it is. I mean come on, these are just hooks you clip on. But after trying the cheaper (plastic) hangers I bit the bullet and bought them. WOW! Doesn't matter. I had these in wind speeds of 40 km/h. Not a single clip lost, the lights moved quickly in the wind but never fell off! I think the best way to light the hooks is to thread the end of the hook through the middle of the two wires on your party light. But that's probably not that important. My brother helped me thread the headlights last time, he just tied the cord to the bottom of the hook. Wind 15 km/h. The light is not lost. It's just the best. this review helps. There are NO CONS in this set. Best!
