First, there is no manual for this product. However, it is quite easy to install. Make sure you measure your screen size, mark and measure the center bar (just to make sure it's centered). I had to pre-drill holes in the screen. Even with the pre-drilled screen, the included screws were crap. The heads of the screws broke off and the threaded part had to be removed from the hole. (difficult) The screws don't have to be very long or they will go all the way through the screen door. They only supplied 4 screws, you need 8 screws. Once installed and bolted the handle really adds to the stability of the gate and gives you a grip to close the gate. All in all I would buy it again.
