Works with Elgato HD60 Pro

Elgato doesn't officially support using a splitter with their capture cards, but my main monitor doesn't get a signal unless I turn on the PC with the capture card. This meant that every time I wanted to use my gaming PC, I also had to turn on my streaming PC so I could use my main monitor. Luckily this splitter works great with the Elgato card and my Samsung monitor. Note, however, that the splitter is limited to 60 Hz (FPS). So if you have a monitor that supports higher refresh rates, you'll be stuck at 60 because of the splitter. However, you would also get stuck at 60 due to the HD60 passthrough. In short, if you want to keep a higher frame rate, you can't use the HD60 or this splitter. If you are happy with 60 FPS, this setting works very well. I didn't notice any color degradation or dropped frames when using this setting.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

It worked for my Xbox to pass Dolby vision to my TV and send Dolby atmos to my soundbar
