I like the composition of beeswax

I used it to finish some old beams installed in a new house. I didn't want to apply a non-removable coating, so I applied the wax with a brush and buffed it off with a shoe shine brush when dry. The wood looks beautiful with a very soft sheen. The beeswax gave the wood a brown color. I like the composition of the beeswax, it's easy to apply and doesn't darken the raw wood too much. I am very happy.
