Review on The Ultimate Choice: Flashforge PLA 1 - Unprecedented Quality and Performance! by Tim Beardsley

updated. A typical 1kg PLA spool leaves hair-like threads when printed.

I don't know if I like this PLA. On the one hand, I decided that the Flashforge PLA used in the Flashforge printer was probably the best. On the other hand, when printed, it leaves fine hairs on the print, similar to PLA strands. Unlike the PLA layer, it is very thin and thin. I'll play around with the settings and see if it affects fine hair. This PLA is PURE. Black PLA glitters! Awesome than I originally thought. Prints well. I set the printer to "low res" in my Flashforge finder to push through some prints. PLA sticks to the bed with no problem (I use painter's tape and glue sticks as a bed pad). Printing at 220 C - print speed 50 mm / traverse speed 70 mm. Haven't had any bad or stuck prints so far, and PLA makes some glossy black prints. Update - this PLA is terrible. I had serious problems with this PLA because of its stinginess and the prints produced now produce nothing but spaghetti. The filament is wound up in my extruder head on several prints. Nothing has changed for me, except that I replaced the thread with a different color. I tried 3-4 different prints and this black PLA doesn't stick to itself. This caused numerous turbulence and jams all around the hot head down to the machine gears. I just reworked my printhead, I don't want to redo it because of the crappy PLA filament. I returned this junk to Revane. I've never had a problem with monoprice thread. JE. So I will continue to buy your thread.
