These tunnels are fine, I used silicone tunnels to stretch the ears, they did the job but the material is very thin! I have never had such thin silicone plugs. They kept falling out of my ears! They fold in and out at the slightest pressure, flexing, or anything else on your ear. When I went to bed, because I move a lot, I had to put a few small plugs in to keep them from falling out. I wasn't keen on them because I woke up 3 times during the night just found them and put them back in my ears. They did what I needed to do to train my hearing, but I would suggest if you buy them to have some other tunnels or buds to put in your ear when you go to bed, or when you will be very active. .
