Review on iTrace by Shane Schobinger

The ability to track all orders in one place is great! It's easy for customers who have purchased from us before or are new users of our website/app as well because it allows them access right away without having another system set up first (which can be confusing). There isn't anything that really stands out at this time but there will always need improvement so we're not complaining about much here yet since they seem open-minded when implementing changes if needed by their clients' needs & requests - which has been pretty good thus far!!
