You get what you pay for
After watching the video (because the product arrived without written instructions) I tried my first ravioli today. This press is essentially useless. I ended up having to cut the ravioli with a pizza cutter because the jagged edges aren't sharp enough to cut pasta. I think I will have to upgrade to a more expensive version
- pasta molds and dies
