Bought this color for my small dog, she is very small less than 10 pounds and the caller said 10 pounds and I thought it would suit her. I tried making a new hole and it was still too big and it wasn't possible to reduce them, so the description you give when ordering is inaccurate. You need to correct it as it corresponded to a medium color rather than a very small or small color. As a one time courtesy I ask you to give me the money back as the collar is not good.
