Not high quality at all. It works, but this is the second heating element of this type that I purchased in three years. The elements tend to sag excessively, weld themselves to the housing, and remain energized while the dryer is running. This causes the dryer to not cycle the operating thermostats and cycle the high limit thermostat instead. My dryer was getting really hot and after troubleshooting with a multimeter, I verified that the heating element was shorted to ground. I could see this as a potential fire hazard if the thermal fuse doesn't do it's job. The thermal fuse on my dryer wasn't affected, but should have probably melted with the excessive heat that was being produced.
