At first I was worried because I had never used a bike rack before. I looked through a few different racks and finally settled on this one for its price and mounting. This thing worked great and I use it all the time. It opened up a lot of new opportunities for me and now I can mountain bike all the trails. It's a very secure fit and as long as you make sure it's a good fit there shouldn't be a problem. We moved to North Carolina from Wisconsin and wanted to take our bikes with us, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on the Thule brand. , or any other that serves the same purpose. We've driven this Hollywood rack over 2,000 miles on back roads and freeways at speeds up to 80-90 mph and it's still like new. I highly recommend this product. Especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money on famous brands that do the same.
