Installed on my 02 WRX, great fit - quality/complete kit from Beck Arnley. I've been liberal with RTV, although most people say it's not necessary, but only on round surfaces (crescents, corners). Mine doesn't leak at all so I'm very happy to use a bit more RTV than not enough :) You must consider getting oil separator gaskets that sit on top of the valve covers with breathing hoses attached.
