These are extra small bike hooks. Judging by the StoutMax and Heavy Duty name in the description I assumed these were the standard heavy duty bike hooks you see at Home Depot etc. But these hooks are tiny in comparison - and in comparison to all other bike hooks I have. seen over the years. They measure just 6 inches long from the tip of the threaded end to the end of the hook. And the inside width and height of the hook is 2 inch x 3 inch. If you have a mountain bike with fat tires, it may not fit in these hooks. A true heavy duty bike hook available at Home Depot etc. is 8.5 inches overall with a 3 inch wide and 5 inch high hook. You can see the difference in the photo I've attached which shows a Home Depot heavy hook on the left and a StoutMax on the right still in the box. I wish the name of this product was "mini" bike hooks or words for that matter because I need to find another use for them. They appear to be good hooks but not big enough for many modern bike tires.
