So I immediately decided to test the system to see if it actually worked. The app reported Android 8.1 Go with CPU-Z. This is a weak version of Android. Other than that, it seems to be the only thing mis-advertised on this list. The fact is that it runs on Android, which is what I personally wanted. The rest of the connection instructions are generally incomprehensible. They're definitely geared, but the main harness colors seem to match most aftermarket harnesses perfectly, so just had to match the colors and everything was set up. I haven't tried music or navigation on this device, but I have no reason to doubt that they work well enough. Also note that the internal Wi-Fi appears to be limited to 39 Mbps (megabits per second). It's only single-band WiFi and downloads are very slow at those speeds. However, the web pages load well and fast enough. The device has its flaws but overall I like it and for the price I paid for it and everything that was included to maximize its capabilities I am more than satisfied. Although I will buy a stronger one next time.
