I have bought four of these in the past as I run two of these in a three filter express water system with a sediment filter as the first filter. This filter completely cleaned my water. I had lots of orange rust/iron stains in the tub, sink, appliances, etc. and a sulfur smell. We have a deep well and many minerals in it. The water is now odorless and tasteless and all stains are gone. This is in our river cabin which we use and also rent out. We've only had rave reviews of how good the water is from tenants. I also find that the water softens when I shower. Not as cheap as I would like but they seem to last six months with no problems and better than using a water softener which will be ruined with our water condition in two years.
