10/14/20 Update- Company sent us a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately the same issue. We have now spent $500 on plumbers to come in and try and fix something that wasn't an issue before we started this process. Both times there is a major link coming from inside the faucet and it isn't something a plumber can fix. I am returning and have bought a delta. not worth the time and money we have spent on this. I will leave at two stars because it really is beautiful . I am so sad it doesn't work.Had to call a plumber in. All the valves that came attached were leaking.
