Got this to replace an expensive Pfister faucet which had a bad hose. This is a great value and very well made faucet. Only drawback is that the faucet reach is a bit too short. I think they likely designed it that way because it was combined with the sprayer to rotate in front of it but I feel it would better if it were and inch or 2 longer to reach over the sink better. Very happy with the purchase though.

We order this faucet one year ago. The faucetsprayer went bad after about 5-6 months, so they sent us another faucet and this faucet went bad after a few months. They tried to tell us that we had bad water and it wasn’t a faulty design. We just moved into a newly built home, so this was very disappointing. I won’t buy from this company again. Ebay did give us a good percent of our money back.

10/14/20 Update- Company sent us a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately the same issue. We have now spent $500 on plumbers to come in and try and fix something that wasn't an issue before we started this process. Both times there is a major link coming from inside the faucet and it isn't something a plumber can fix. I am returning and have bought a delta. not worth the time and money we have spent on this. So happy with this item. Beautiful, sturdy, 3 different spray options, Water pressure is 100% perfect & strong. The touchless feature is great and only needs batteries. It automatically shuts off if it runs too long which is also nice. I absolutely recommend this product. The price is cheap for what you receive. Such a steal. You will not be disappointed. She is so pretty I need to name her :)

This faucet looks nice. It matches the Amerock cabinet knobs and pulls in golden champagne very nicely. However, after about a month the faucet will turn on when someone walks through the kitchen, or closes a door. We have put in fresh batteries, hoping that would help. It did not. It was very difficult to install in a tight space, the threads and faucet lock nut are extremely fickle.The water lines require adapters as they are no 3/8”, you’ll need to account for that.The faucet just started slowly dying on us about a month ago. Water was trickling. This was NOT a filter issue, nor water line issue. It was a faucet problem. So I really like the style of this faucet and purchased for the touch option. unfortunately I am probably going to disconnect the batteries and just use as a manual becouse it is very sensitive but doesn't seem to stay on and just does short burst of water. kinda bummed 😕 as I was hoping this feature would help to save water becouse I have to haul it to the house . This is an update.Since emailing the seller they responded quickly to help send the replacement part. Apparently there was a problem with the valve part so a new one is on it’s way. The faucet is pretty and works well. Water pressure is great and the high pressure setting is like having a power washer in your sink. I had a plumber come out to install and have not had any issues with leaks. He was unable to get the touch setting to work. This was not an issue for me as it is easy to use the back of your hand to turn water on. Sensitivity is not great but you get used to how to touch. The big name brands are more sensitive to touch. This is not a deal breaker. Finish is great even after using for a couple months. After being installed for a little less than two months, the faucet started leaking from the handle. The only way stop the leak, is to shutoff the handle, which defeats the purpose of the touch faucet. The product is already out of warranty and will result in us having to purchase a new faucet.

I I was excited it worked pretty well for the first 10 months and then it started turning on its own and not turning on when you tried to turn it on. Now what? I want a new one.
