The product came in plain packaging that said Just plug in your iPhone (in my case it's the iPhone 11). Connect my HDMI to HDMI cable to the device and the HDMI input of the TV. and make sure you plug in the lightning charge port, which I did and TVs don't recognize plugging in this adapter. This time we wanted to stream our worship service on iPhone 11 to TV for a better and bigger picture. None of our 3 Smart TVs recognize the plug-in formatting instructions.
